Are your candles 100% soy?

Where are your candles made?
- Each candle is hand-poured by Chicks & Wicks Candle Co. in small batches.
How long should I burn my candle?
- For the first burn, allow the wax to melt across the top of the candle, usually about 2–4 hours. This helps prevent tunneling.
Should I trim the wick?
- Yes. Trim your wick to about 1/4 inch before each burn for the best performance.
Why does my candle have some wax left on the sides?
- A little wax hang-up can be normal, especially early in the burn. It usually catches up as the candle continues to burn.
How long will my order take?
- Most orders are processed within 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated. Candles may be made to order.
Do you offer custom candles?
- Yes! We offer custom candles for gifts, events, realtors, teachers, businesses, and special occasions.
Do you offer wholesale?
- Yes. We offer wholesale options for boutiques, gift shops, salons, and local retailers. Please contact if interested!
How do your fundraisers work?
- For select fundraiser candles, 25% of proceeds are donated back to the featured organization.
Do you accept returns?
- Because our candles are handmade, we do not accept returns on used candles. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can help.
