At Chicks & Wicks, each candle is hand-poured in small batches with care. Because of the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns—but we are always here to make things right.
🕯️ Our 14-Day Policy
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
✨ Damaged or Defective Items
If your candle arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly:
- replace the item, or
- offer a refund or store credit when appropriate
Please email us with:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- photos of the product and packaging
🌾 Handmade Product Note
Each candle is made by hand, so slight variations in color, texture, or appearance are normal and part of what makes your candle unique. These are not considered defects.
